arroll, 82, of Winchester, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born July 30, 1934 in Clark County to the late Chester and Alta Stephens Mastin. Nancy worked as a secretary for several years.

She is survived by three daughters, Tanya Horn Joseph of Mt. Sterling, Janine Horn Voros of Winchester, Rebecca Horn Maraman of Lebanon Junction; one son, Timothy Wayne Horn of Walled Lake, MI; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; one sister, Rebecca Mastin Jolliffe of Winchester; one brother, L.C. Mastin; she also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

A private family service is planned for a later date.
