Ark of Mercy hosts men’s meeting
Ark of Mercy Church of God’s Men of Valor group is inviting men from all churches in Winchester to join in a time of Christian fellowship and prayer at the church, 240 Winn Ave., today at noon.
Lunch will be served following the service at no cost.
Clark County Attorney Brian Thomas will be the speaker.
Broadway Christian opens soup kitchen
Broadway Christian Church, 130 W. Broadway, will offer free soup from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights. All are welcome.
The Rev. Reginald Smith is pastor.
Berea Health Ministry closed until Feb. 14
Berea Health Ministry, a nonprofit health care provider for those with no health insurance, closed Feb. 1 and will remain closed until Feb. 14, while it moves to a new location.
The clinic at 132 Mini Mall Drive, Berea, will be moving to St. Joseph Hospital Berea, adjoining the Berea College campus.
The clinic sees about 200 Clark County patients a year.
Gospel music concert at Log Lick Christian
Log Lick Christian Church, 2600 Log Lick Road, will host a concert by gospel singer Kitty Hurst Sunday at 6 p.m.
Food and fellowship will follow the program.
Minister Jack Harney invites the public to attend.
Lenten fish fries at St. Joseph Church
St. Joseph Catholic Church, Main Street, will host three Lenten fish fries, Feb. 19 and 26 and March 5 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Dinner includes homemade hushpuppies, onion rings, cole slaw and macaroni and cheese. Cheese pizza is available for children.
Dine-in or drive-through services are available.

Valentine’s Day dinner at Ephesus Baptist
Ephesus Baptist Church will host a Valentine’s Day banquet at 6 p.m. Feb. 13. A covered dish potluck dinner will be served. The public is invited to attend.
Gospel singing Feb. 19 at Foursquare Church
The Foursquare Church, 12 Sycamore St., will host the gospel group The Turners Feb. 19 at 7 p.m.
High Point Apostolic selling Valentine roses
The High Point Apostolic Church, 2933 Colby Road, will sell roses for Valentine’s Day Saturday, Feb. 13, at the church from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Red, pink or combinations are available. Roses are $30 for a dozen.
