Charged — Billy King, 34, of 102 Strode Station Circle, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and failure to appear (two counts). — Jason E. Whittier, 27, of 224 E. Broadway, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception. — Garland B. Banks, 50, of 206 W. Broadway, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception.CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged — Jeffery McGlothin,46, of 17 Hill St., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception (four counts). — Lillie Corum, 36, of Lexington, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception (two counts). — Joyce Crutcher, 38, of Lexington, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception. — Billy King, 30, of 613 Westwood Drive, was served with two warrants Wednesday. — Brian Bentley, 27, of 2462 Kiddville Road, was served with a warrant Wednesday. — Lisa R. — On Wednesday, emergency personnel conducted four out-of-town transfers and responded to two general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one overdose, one motor vehicle accident, one assault and one seizure. — At 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 36 N.
