The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Feb. 18 with Judge William G. Clouse presiding.
— Lonnie Allan Miller, receiving stolen property over $10,000 (two counts), amended to criminal facilitation, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 12 months conditionally discharged.
— Russell E. Miller, theft by unlawful taking (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 11.
— Russell E. Miller, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 11.
— Kenneth Colvin Jr., first-degree promoting contraband, sentenced to one year; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, sentenced to five years; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year; possession of a defaced firearm, sentenced to 30 days; possession of marijuana, sentenced to 30 days.
— Cassandra Lynn Crawford, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years probation.
— Todd Lee, receiving stolen property under $10,000, sentenced to one year,
— Todd M. Lee, receiving stolen property under $10,000 (two counts), sentenced to one year each, sentences to run consecutively.
— Todd M. Lee, fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,0000, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.
— Danielle Lamar Boaz, conspiracy to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; conspiracy to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 11.
— Damon L. Slater, conspiracy to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years; conspiracy to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; sentencing March 11.
— Clifton E. Young, first-degree burglary, amended to receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 11.
— Clifton E. Young, first-degree burglary, amended to second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing March 11.
The following civil cases were filed recently in Clark Circuit Court.
— Tax Lien Investments 1 LLC vs. Thomas E. Nugent, Deborah MacConnell Nugent, Laurie E. Nugent, unknown spouse, Winchester Federal Savings Bank, Kentucky Department of Revenue, Internal Revenue Service and Clark County, foreclosure.
— Tax Ease Lien Investments 1 vs. Cheryl K. Brown, Kentucky Property Tax Investments and Clark County, foreclosure.
