Oobleck Concoction Night at the Clark County Public Library WINCHESTER — Celebrate Read Across America Day at the Clark County Public Library, 370 S. Burns Ave., at 6:30 p.m. by making Oobleck, in honor of Dr. Suess’s “Bartholomew and the Oobleck.” This is also a good way to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss. All youth ages are invited.
