WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Genito Blythe, 36, of 225 Oxford Drive, Apt. 21, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and possession of an open container of alcohol.
— Joseph L. Cline, 22, of Maple Street, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).
— Reanna D. Moore, 18, of Tomahawk, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).
— Gina Cline-Davis, 25, of 518 Edison Court, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).
— Jimmy Hatton, 51, of 107 Springmist Lane, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.
— William T. Clouse, 19, of Jeffersonville, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting).
Reports
— At 5:27 p.m. Monday, employees at Kmart reported having a suspected shoplifter in custody. They said they observed a man concealing a PlayStation 2 game and attempting to leave without paying. William Clouse was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 4:11 p.m. Monday, Teresa L. Pratt of 913 Hackberry Circle reported that her purse was taken while she was at Kroger. She said she either left it in a buggy or in the restroom. Store employees did not locate the purse.
— At 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Michael Beckham of 309 Snowden Drive reported that he lost his cell phone at a George Rogers Clark High School game on Friday. According to the phone company, the phone has been used. He called the numbers and was told that a female juvenile had been using the phone.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Derek R. Harris, 32, of 127 Shanahan Lane, was served a warrant Monday.
— Joey E. Petty, 46, of Nicholasville, was served two warrants Monday.
Reports
— At 11 a.m. Feb. 15, Gary Baker of 6155 Mount Sterling Road reported that someone took copper from five air conditioning units at Mount Zion United Methodist Church.
— At 9:27 a.m. Monday, Nathan Willoughby of Clay City reported that a friend took his credit card and made purchases with it.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel conducted two local transfers and four out-of-town transfers. They also responded to two general medical calls, one stroke, one overdose, one motor vehicle accident, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one engine assist.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 1:50 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on McClure Road.
— At 7:55 a.m. today, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.
