Police and fire reports for March 4

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Casey Moore, 23, of 3697 Mount Sterling Road, was served a warrant Wednesday.

— Jacob Bowna, 22, of 121 Clare Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— James W. Bowman, 36, of 61 Holiday Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree robbery.

Report

— At 1 p.m. Wednesday, Kentucky Utilities employees reported that someone took several pieces of copper wiring from a substation at 5833 Rockwell Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel conducted two local transfers and three out-of-town transfers. They also responded to four general medical calls and two falls.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Cayce Hamilton, 35, of 76 Hillcrest Drive, was charged Wednesday with harassing communications and theft by unlawful taking.

— Brenda Taulbee, 27, of 64 Bond Court, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception.

— Wayne L. McIntosh, 19, of 472 Ritz Court, was charged Wednesday with criminal mischief, assault and terroristic threatening.

— Stanley B. Isaacs, 28, of Beattyville, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and failure to appear.
