Local youths place at recent Beef Expo

Four Clark County youth exhibited animals at the prestigious 2010 Kentucky Beef Expo this past weekend in Louisville.
Ramsey Johnson placed fourth overall in Kentucky-owned All-Breeds Heifer Competition. His Chi heifer was Reserve Breed Champion.
Ryan Crabtree exhibited the Kentucky-owned Champion Charolais heifer. The Charolais heifer was first in class. Ryan also placed second in class with his light-weight market steer.
Travis Drumm placed second in class in the Kentucky-owned market heifer division. The same heifer was seventh in class in the open market heifer division.
Kenny Segress placed fifth in class with his medium weight market steer. He was also sixth in class with his Chi-Maine purebred heifer.
Duncan Lindsay placed third in the Kentucky-owned Chi Class.
