Report
— At 9:30 a.m. Monday Raymond Anderson of 5404 Van Meter Road reported that someone removed copper tubing from his residence. It was valued at approximately $75.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Michael Blanding, 40, of 132 Westside, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
— Joshua L. Wagers, 27, of 7 Brewers Lane, Beattyville, was charged Tuesday with careless driving, having an open container, theft of identification and operating on a suspended license.
— Julius Sacol, 19, of 149 Strode Station Circle, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school.
Reports
— At 9:05 p.m. Monday, Brittany Frailey of 200 Hubbard Road, reported that when she returned home, someone had tried to enter her home, damaging the door and the lock.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel conducted three local transfers and one out-of-town transfer. They also responded to three general medical cases, three seizures, two respiratory emergencies, one fall and one cardiac case. They also conducted one engine assist.
