The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 1 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
— Earl W. McVey, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, sentencing Oct. 13.
— Chester Woods, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, recommended 45 days; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 15.
— Jennifer Rebecca Blankenship, theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, amended to under $10,000, pleaded guilty, recommended two years diverted for three years and restitution, sentencing Oct. 13.
— Bobbie Lee Creech, wanton or recklessly exploiting an adult over $300, sentenced to five years probation.

— Wells Fargo Bank vs. David Todd Stakelin and CACH LLC, foreclosure.
— Kentucky Bank vs. Gabrielle Westerdale and unknown spouse, foreclosure.
— Amy Sexton vs. Brian Donaldson, transfer from Rowan County.
— Kimberly Lynn Curtis vs. Allan W. Curtis, transfer from Bourbon County.
— Michael Anthony Bennett vs. Vickie Bennett, divorce.
— Debbie Spencer Davis vs. Noll Davis, divorce.
— Hannah Ruth Arnold Taylor vs. John David Taylor, divorce.
— Brian Keith Crawford vs. Melissa Dawn Crawford, divorce.
