The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 8 with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Robert K. Byrd, fraudulent use of a credit card, pleaded guilty, sentenced ton one year, restitution; theft by unlawful taking over $500, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year and one day consecutive; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Joshua Saylor, first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing Oct. 20.

— Joshua David Saylor, second-degree escape, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, consecutive with previous case, sentencing Oct. 20.

— Allissa Aldridge Sea, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Tobey Ashley Akers, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years probation.

— Joshua Adam Frederick, flagrant non-support, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.

— Melissa Moon, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to two years.

— Demetrious Morton, reckless homicide, sentenced to two years, diverted for four years.

— Gene O’Hara, flagrant non-support, sentenced to five years diversion.

— Kristie Jo Shearer, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years probation, referred to mental health court.

— Cedric O’Neil Tate, trafficking in marijuana less than five pounds, sentenced to four years, probated for three years.

— Kevin J. Labona, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, dismissed; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.
