CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Flanagan Station and Boonesboro roads for a smell of gas.
— At 3:13 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Paris Road.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two diabetic cases and one overdose.
— At 9:34 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 695 N. Main St. for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:11 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 2 Denny Ave, for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
—Jordan L. Fugate, no age given, was charged Tuesday with theft of identity and was served a warrant.
Reports
— At 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen lawn mower.
— At 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
— At 12:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 419 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 1:47 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a fraud complaint.
— At 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a rape and theft from Sept. 3.

Reports
— At 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 3800 Revilo Road concerning a missing tuner and two computers.
Accidents
— At 3:12 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which Nickolas Patrose of Middletown was traveling north and lost control. His vehicle went off the road and struck a tree. Patrose was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of head and leg injuries.
