— At 5:33 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 757 Dogwood Lane after someone stole a 42-inch television.

Charged

— Bonnie Bowman, 58, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Michelle Ann Hilliard, 31, was charged Wednesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

Reports

— At 7:39 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 236 Dubuy Drive concerning a theft.

— At 4:25 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive after a vehicle was stolen during the night.

— At 4:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning  a theft. Bonnie Bowman was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to one general medical call and two overdoses.

— At 8:02 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 405 Shoppers Drive for a mulch fire.
