Charged

—Jeffery R. McCarty, 42, was charged Wednesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Darrin Ray Tays, 35, was charged Wednesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief.

Reports

— At 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a known female putting a used needle in the caller’s drink.

— At 11:08 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 331 S. Burns Ave. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 2:21 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of jewelry.

— At 11:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 22 Maryland Ave. concerning an assault.

SHERIFF

Charged

— Robert C. Ratliff Jr., 42, of Paintsville, was charged today with possession of methamphetamines, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving and no insurance.

Reports

— At 10:10 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 422 Jameson Way after a safe and firearms were taken from a room.

— At 8:26 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 788 Lillies Ferry Road concerning the theft of a debit card and its use to make unauthorized purchases.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to three general medical calls, one cardiac case and one respiratory case.
