The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 22 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Lamont C. Wilkerson, complicity to commit murder, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years; complicity to first-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; complicity to first-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; complicity to first-degree assault, amended to complicity to second-degree assault, recommended seven years consecutive; sentencing Nov. 3.

— Aaron Stailey, complicity to commit murder, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years; complicity to first-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; complicity to first-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; complicity to first-degree assault, amended to complicity to second-degree assault, recommended five years consecutive; sentencing Nov. 3.

— Christopher T. Robinson, murder, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years; first-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; first-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended 20 years concurrent; first-degree assault, amended to second-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years consecutive; sentencing Nov. 3.

The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Sept. 15 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— William J. Benningfield, receiving stolen property, sentenced to one year; first-degree fleeing or evading police, sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year concurrent; driving on a suspended operator’s license, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Traci Wiseman, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to four years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), sentenced to one year concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree fleeing or evading police, sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year concurrent; probated for four years, must complete drug court.

— Trammell T. Stanford, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to three years concurrent; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year consecutive; probated for four years.

— Chester Woods, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year concurrent; possession of marijuana, sentenced to 45 days concurrent.
