Frances “Ellen” E. Reed, 82, formerly of Winchester, passed away Thursday at the Stanton Nursing Home.
She was born in Irvine, KY to the late Simon and Ollie Townsend Reed. She was a member of the Ark of Mercy Church.
Survived by two brothers, Lee Troy Reed of Winchester and Claude (Verlene) Reed of Winchester, several nieces and nephews and very special nephew, Ralph Brown.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11am at the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 289 S. Main St. The family will receive friends Monday from 5p-7p at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Cobb Hill Cemetery in Irvine.
