John Richard Puckett, 60, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at Clark Regional Medical Center.
He was born on April 20, 1956, in Fayette County, KY, to the late Billy and Carolyn Oliver Puckett. He was a construction worker and a member of Clark County Fish and Game Club. Mr. Puckett was an outdoorsman and loved to fish and hunt. He was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed Clark County softball.
He is survived by his sister, Janice Puckett; niece, Neely Puckett Caudill and her daughter, Ellie Caudill; nephew, Matt (Laura) Puckett and their son, Dalton Puckett; a number of friends and family who he treasured.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jerry Puckett.
Services will be private.
