District Judges Julia Hylton Adams, John M Coy and John Paul Moore, representing the 25th Judicial District of Clark and Madison counties, recently attended a week of seminars workshops and small group discussions of judges from across the state at Lake Cumberland State Park.

After more than a year of feasibility studies and economic analyses, the Winchester Municipal Utilities Commission decided Thursday evening to build a contained landfill to meet strict state regulations scheduled to go into effect on July 1, 1992.
