WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS 

— Over the weekend, emergency personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one stroke.

— At 5:48 a.m. Sunday, emergency personnel provided mutual aid to Montgomery County for a structure fire.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE 

— At 1:12 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a possible gras fire at the 90 mile maker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:37 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road.

— At 7:04 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle leaking gas at 508 Acadia Way.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged 

— Christopher J. Bullock, no age given, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— William Charles Coyle, 22, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Melissa Diallo, 34, was charged Friday with hindering prosecution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Christopher Galloway, 41, was charged Friday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Kimberly Lynn Henderson, 32, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Kendra Lewis, 30, was charged Saturday with failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of identity and illegal possession of a legend drug.

— Billy Meade, 35, was charged Sunday with tampering with physical evidence and drug trafficking.

— Brittany Moore, 30, was charged Sunday with theft by deception, cold checks under $500.

— Lonnie Neal, 70, was charged Sunday with tampering with physical evidence and illegal possession of a legend drug.

— Ronald Ribando, 22, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

— Brittany Richmond, 18, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

— Sandra Risner, 34, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $500, second-degree criminal trespassing and was served a warrant.

— Miranda Rothwell, 38, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Theodore Slominsky, 66, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking under $500, second-degree criminal trespassing and was served a warrant.

— Charles Thomas, 48, was charged Friday with disregarding a traffic control device and driving under the influence.

— Leslie Calloway, 36, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— At 7:35 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 845 Bypass Road in reference to theft of a generator.

— At 9:59 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 30 Wall St. in reference to a breaking and entering.

— At 10:40 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 5 Hiawatha Trail in reference to an active meth lab.

— At 12:28 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of a stolen EBT card.

— At 12:48 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of harassment.

— At 1:58 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 9 New St. in reference to a breaking and entering.

— At 2:27 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass in reference to a theft.

— At 6:07 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 379 Apple St. in reference to a breaking and entering and theft of money and jewelry.

— At 6:26 p.m. Friday, officers responded to Bypass Road in reference to a reckless driver.  Leslie Calloway, 36, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

— At 7:55 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to a theft. Theodore Slominsky, 66, was charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500, second-degree criminal trespassing and was served a warrant. Sandra Risner, 34, was charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500, second-degree criminal trespassing and was served a warrant.

— At 1:14 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1 Linden Lane in reference to theft of $14.

— At 8:48 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report of someone ordering $700 in watches, having them delivered to the complainants address and then stealing the package.

— At 12:36 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an assault at 1 Linden Lane.

— At 4:32 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report of threatening Facebook messages.

— At 4:02 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a fight in progress at 145 Sturbridge Lane. Ronald Ribando, 22, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

— At 3:21 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 610 Westwood Drive in reference to drug activity. Billy Meade, 35, was arrested and charged with tampering with physical evidence and drug trafficking.

— At 4:58 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of an assault at 102 Gary Court.

— At 8:47 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to trespassing. William Charles Coyle, 22, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 11:27 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 32 Sylvania Ave. in reference to an assault.

— On Saturday deputies responded to West Therese Drive in reference to a theft of tools from a vehicle.

— At 1 a.m. Saturday deputies responded to 1090 Ironworks Road in reference to a damaged mailbox.

— At 11 a.m. Saturday deputies responded to 14 Robyn Drive in reference to a theft of firearms and tools from a vehicle overnight.

— At 12:10 p.m. Saturday deputies responded to 1171 Lafayette Blvd. in reference to property damage.
