WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Damion Scott Caudill, 19, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault.

— Jacqueline M. Stacy, 38, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 10:27 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 301 Short St. concerning a theft of tools.

— At 2:51 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a fight in progress.

— At 5:46 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1520 W. Lexington Ave. for an assault after a person threw a cup at an employee. Damion Scott Caudill was arrested for multiple offenses.

— At 8:36 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road after a woman was believed to be shoplifting. Jacqueline M. Stacy was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 1:58 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 464 Quisenberry Lane after someone used the identity of the caller’s deceased mother to make a Medicare claim.

— At 9:02 p.m. Oct. 5, deputies were called to the Mountain Parkway after a broken-down vehicle was stolen from the side of the highway.

— On Thursday, deputies were called to 126 Monet Blvd. concerning a theft of tools form a vehicle.
