WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Andrew Carlisle Vaughn, 29, was charged Monday with first-degree robbery.

— Eric Capo, 40, was charged Tuesday with failure to or improper signal and driving under the influence.

— Teresa Maupin, 50, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, possession of marijuana and illegal possession of a legend drug.

Reports

— At 4:29 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1915 Saxon Court for a report of shots fired. The resident said she shot her gun through the wall.

— At 8:19 a.m. monday, officers were called to 204 Magnolia St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 11:098 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1113 Pioneer Drive concerning an assault.

— At 12:01 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning stolen yard equipment.

— At 1:32 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 626 Runnymeade Drive concerning a theft of tools from an enclosed trailer.

— At 3:55 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a man exposing himself to the caller’s granddaughters.

— At 9:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 112 Olde Potomac Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 1:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a person making threatening text messages and phone calls.

— At 1:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 235 Carolina Ave. after a woman was bitten on the hand by a dog.

— At 7:04 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report after a vehicle was broken into during the night.

Accidents

—  At 7:36 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on Market Street in which Shanna R. Wright of 250 Oxford Drive Apt. 96 said she was hit by a pickup truck while she walked along walked along Market Street. She said the truck stopped, but drove away when she wanted to call the police. The vehicle was a white Ford pickup truck with three Hispanic men inside. Wright was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 7:04 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an injury accident on Cook Avenue in which Jessica Lakes of Richmond was riding a bicycle and could not stop before striking a vehicle, driven by Kelly T. Caudill. Lakes was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with possible head and neck injuries.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 7:11 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 3360 Paris Road after someone took a firearm from a residence within the last three weeks.

— At 11:20 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 4233 Athens Boonesboro Road after someone took a miter saw, change and a vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls and one seizure.

— On Monday emergency personnel responded to six general medical calls, one cardiac case, one diabetic case, oe seizure and one stroke.

— At 4:47 p.m Monday, firefighers responded to an alarm sounding at Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive. A detector malfunctioned and the alarm was reset.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Old Ruckerville and Log Lick roads for a possible fire. It was a controlled burn.

— At 2:56 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision at 8280 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 5:17 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a brush fire on Rockwell Road near Treehaven.
