CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 5:36 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 517 Acadia Way concerning the theft of a license plate registration decal.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James C. todd, 54, was charged Wednesday with driving on a suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 1:34 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1 Linden Lane concerning an assault.

— At 4:46 a.m. Wednesday officers were called to Madison Avenue and Second Street concerning an assault.

— At 11:32 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 135 E. Broadway St. for a criminal trespassing complaint.

— At 3:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 34 Elizabeth St. after a Jeep was damaged.

— At 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a person who damaged a vehicle.

— At 9:28 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Waveland and Forest avenues concerning two males punching mailboxes with their fists.

Accidents

— At 7:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on Paris Road in which John King of Port Charlotte, Florida, turned right from Chelsea Way onto Maple Street and collided with another vehicle. King said he did not see any other vehicles when he started the turn. The other driver, Billy Horseman of 112 Bayhill Drive, said he tried to swerve and avoid the collision, but could not. Both men were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to seven general medical calls, one cardiac case and one respiratory case.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 2821 Ford Hampton Road for an investigation.

— At 4:39 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 105 Colonial Park.

— At 8:24 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 1 Stratton Lane for an investigation.
