CLARK COUNTY FIRE 

— At 12:13 p.m. Thursday, firefighters conducted an investigation at the area Pintail Lane and McClure Road.

— At 4:41 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Water Works Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS 

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to six general medical cases and one cardiac case.

— At 12:21 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to 230 Runnymeade Road in reference to unauthorized burning of construction material. The fire extinguished.

WINCHESTER POLICE 

Charged

— Amber Dawn Whalen, 26, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Reports 

— At 9:33 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report of terroristic threatening.

— At 12:39 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of stolen tools.

— At 2:29 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of a contractor not completing a job.

— At 4:59 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 400 E. Washington St. in reference to a fight in progress.

— At 6:23 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. in reference to stolen wind chimes and terroristic threatening.

— At 8:36 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1194 Fulton Road in reference to an assault.
