WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Donna Jean Johnson, 43, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts).
Reports
— At 9:03 a.m. Monday, officers were called to North Maple and Hill streets after someone broke into the Snack Shack during the night.
— At 2:21 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1001 Westwood Drive after a vehicle was damaged by a brick.
— At 3:48 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 337 S. Burns Ave. for a harassing communications complaint.
— At 5:19 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
— At 6:12 p.m.  Monday, officers were called to 1661 Bypass Road concerning a theft.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— D’Angelo S. Yarbrough, 24, of Lexington, was charged today with trafficking in marijuana, no operator’s license, reckless driving and was served a warrant.
Reports
— At 3:51 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 402 Mount Vernon Drive concerning a fight in progress. John E. Hull, 48, of 402 Mount Vernon Drive, was charged with second-degree assault for allegedly hitting Kenneth Fugate in the head with an Ale-8-One bottle. Hull told deputies that Fugate struck him first. Fugate had a laceration to his head.
— At 1:12 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 206 Cherokee Drive after a chain saw and other tools were taken from a vehicle.
— At 6:32 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 3 Cherokee Court after an iPhone was taken from a vehicle during the night.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to nine general medical calls and one cardiac case.
