— At 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 530 Acadia Way concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 4:10 p.m. Monday, deputies took a report after someone obtained a credit card in the caller’s name.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Patrick John Hutson, 46, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication.

Reports

— At 2:49 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 1:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1942 Bypass Road for a fraud complaint.

— At 1:29 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 508 Colby Ridge Blvd. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 120 Codella Drive concerning a suspected shoplifter who took a case of beer. Patrick John Hutson was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication.

— At 3:26 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 146 Sturbridge Lane concerning a theft.

— At 5:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 750 Country Club Court after someone broke into a residence and stole a television.

— At 7:21 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 7:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 951 Bypass Road concerning a theft of cash.

— At 8:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1467 W. Lexington Ave. concerning counterfeit bills.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to three general medical calls, one seizure and one respiratory case.

— At 7:11 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 49 Lincoln St. for a tree fire after a power line fell on a tree limb.
