Martha B. Holland, 76, Winchester, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Martha was born June 19, 1940, in Clark County to the late John and Mae Kirby Willoughby. Martha worked as a waitress for many years. Martha was a very caring person who was loved by many and missed by all.

She was preceded in death by one son, Clifford W. Holland; two grandchildren, Marcie Holland, Christopher Holland; two brothers, Billy Willoughby, Stanley Willoughby.

Survivors include two daughters, Frankie Strejan of Winchester, Margo Day (Michael Fox) of Winchester; one son, Cecil C. Holland (Robin Buckler) of Paris; five grandchildren, Dustin Holland, James Ecton, Brian Holland, Jason Holland, Kim Diaz; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rosa (Willard) Baker, Betty Burnett; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00AM Saturday, October 29, 2016, at Scobee Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00PM-8:00PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be James Ecton, Dustin Holland, Jason Holland, Brian Holland, Michael Baker, Jonathan Griffett.
