The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Oct. 20 with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Tyler Hall, fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days; theft by unlawful taking — firearm (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each, consecutive, diverted to drug court; sentencing Nov. 10.

— Joshua Saylor, first-degree promoting contraband, sentenced to one year; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year consecutive.

— Joshua David Saylor, second-degree escape, sentenced to one year, consecutive with previous case.

— James Mitchell Shearer, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, sentenced to five years; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years concurrent, probated for three years.

— Tobey Ashley Akers, probation violation, dismissed.

— Elizabeth Ann Williams, probation violation, stipulated to violation, 60 days.
