The following health inspections were reported by the Clark County Health Department Oct. 21 and Oct. 28.

— Full Circle Market, 240 Redwing Drive, 100 percent.

— Cassell Creek Golf Course, 4199 Lexington Road, 94 percent.

— Clark’s Pump N Shop, 201 N. Main St., 96 percent.

— H and M Market, 375 E. Washington St., 91 percent.

— Domino’s Pizza, 1476 W. Lexington Ave., 91 percent, sanitizers and glass cleaner unlabeled and stored with disposable food containers and on food prep counter. Follow-up 96 percent.

— Clark Co. Christian Preschool & Daycare, 2450 Colby Road, 98 percent.

— Hardee’s, 1466 W. Lexington Ave., 97 percent.

— Giovanni’s, 728 Boone Ave., 88 percent, purple power cleaner unlabeled. Follow-up 92 percent.

— Campbell Jr. High School, 620 Boone Ave., 92 percent, drink with no lid in food prep area. Follow-up 97 percent.

— Taco Bell, 110 April Way, 95 percent.

— Winchester Elks Lodge, 255 Shoppers Drive, 96 percent.

— Rosemary C. Books Place, 200 Rosemary Drive, 90 percent, no “use-by” or “destroy-by” dates on ready-to- eat foods. Follow-up 95 percent.

— Sam’s Hot Dogs, 1200 Bypass Road, 93 percent, no “use-by” or “destroy-by” date on cole slaw. Follow-up 100 percent.
