Charged
— Karen Sue Banks, 50, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
— Dana D. Catron, 32, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
— Brian K. Gipson, 42, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of burglary tools.
— Cymantha Jo Hall, 31, was charged Sunday with reckless driving and second-degree wanton endangerment.
— Stacey Lynn Johnson, 28, was charged Friday with third-degree burglary and endangering the welfare of a minor.
— Jason D. Marcum, 29, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.
— Jesse Marcum, 27, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Orlando Mullins, 42, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband and was served a warrant.
— Vincent Anthony Polk, 40, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, second-degree burglary, third-degree assault and resisting arrest.
— Michael Sean Tuttle, 40, was charged Friday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to eight general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one overdose and one obstetric case.
— At 10:03 a.m. Monday, firefi5ghters responded to a mulch fire in Winchester Plaza.
— At 1:53 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4000 Corporate Drive. It was a false alarm.
