WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged 

— Steve Wayne Ballard, 57, was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended or revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain insurance.

— 11:23 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1 Dixie St. in reference to a stolen small car hauler.

— At 3:43 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 157 Buckingham Lane in reference to a breaking and entering and theft.

— At 11:50 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 225 Oxford Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE 

— At 9:17 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted emergency medical services on a call to 335 Old Ruckerville Road.

— At 10:03 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke in the area of Birdgeview Lane. The smoke was caused by an illegal burn.

— At 8:18 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on the Veterans Memorial Parkway.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jonathan R Price was charged Thursday with manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense.

Reports

— At 6:43 p.m. Thursday deputies responded to 3030 Becknerville Road in reference to a burglary.

— A7 7:49 p.m. deputies responded to 7932 Mt. Sterling Road in reference to a burglary.
