Charged

— Kimberly Lee Mullins, 37, was charged Saturday for theft of more than $500.

— Chandler Blayne Woodward, 19, was charged Saturday for theft of more than $500.

— At 8:51 a.m. Friday officers took a report concerning property damage at the intersection of Frontier Street and the Bypass.

— At 10:19 Friday officers responded to 177 Winn Avenue and took a report concerning a theft of false teeth.

— At 5:57 p.m. Friday officers responded to 223 Short St. and took a report concerning property damage.

— At 9:11 p.m. Friday officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road and took a report in reference to property damage.

— At 12:37 a.m. Saturday officers responded to 1102 Westwood Drive and took a report concerning a breaking and entering.

— At 2:01 a.m. Saturday officers responded to 220 Oxford Drive and took a report of an individual causing problems.

— At 11:17 a.m. Saturday officers responded to 45 Memorial Park and took a report concerning an assault.

— At 2:08 p.m. Saturday officers responded to 16 Taylor Ave. and took a report concerning a theft.

— At 3:04 p.m. Saturday officers responded to 125 Winn Ave. and took a report concerning terroristic threatening.

— At 10:05 p.m. Saturday officers took a report concerning harassment.

— At 1:47 p.m. Sunday officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road and took a report concerning property damage.

— At 4:35 p.m. Sunday officers took a report concerning harassment.

— At 5 p.m. Sunday officers took a report concerning harassing communications.

— At 6:57 p.m. officers responded to 40b N. Main St. and took a report concerning a theft.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Friday to Sunday, EMS responded to 21 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one seizure and six motor vehicle accidents.

— At 3:37 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke in a basement of the Winchester Sun, 20 Wall St. The smoke was determined to have been caused by oil leaking form a compressor. The compressor was turned off for repairs.
