Jimmie W. Parker, 66, husband of Debra Stickrod Parker, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016, at his home.

A native of Clark County, Kentucky, he was born on October 23, 1950, to the late Edith Parker Burgess. He was retired from Clark County Road Department, where he worked for more than twenty years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Barry W. “Bear” Parker; step-son, Thomas K. Mason; daughter, Crystal L. Banks; four grandsons, including one with his namesake, Jimmie Wayne Parker: sister, Connie F. Hopper; several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A memorial service will be at 10:00AM Wednesday, November 23, 2016, at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Joe Price. 

Family will receive friends from 9:00AM until time of service.
