CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Brian W. Mays, 31, of 305 Shannon Court, was charged Nov. 22 with driving under the influence.

Accidents

— At 12:40 p.m. Nov. 23, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which Sheila Brinegar of 2695 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road lost control of her vehicle in a wet curve. The vehicle went over an embankment and overturned. Brinegar was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 2 p.m. Nov. 23, deputies responded to an injury accident on Wades Mill Road in which Bradley L. Planck of 110 Ashland Ave. became distracted and his vehicle went off the road into a ditch and struck a fence. Two passengers, Ashley Planck and Serenity Planck, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 8:17 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Irvine Road in which Zachary T. Lisle of 129 Gadwall Lane said he did not see another vehicle, driven by Benjamin J. Rheinsmith of 223 Pendleton St., which had stopped to make a left turn. Rheinsmth was taken to the hospital by private vehicle.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:42 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 363 Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 2:20 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 8 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 3:39 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 399 Stonecrest Drive.

— At 5:39 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted the Clark County Sheriff’s Office with a call at 548 Treehaven Drive.

— At 9:18 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an unknown fire on Irvine Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one stroke and one seizure.
