WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Wesley Martin Hull, 30, was charged Wednesday with second-degree robbery.

— Peggy J. Owen, 55, was charged Wednesday with second-degree cruelty to animals.

— Donald Rex Stephens, 52, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

Reports

—At 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Mercy House, 246 Winn Ave., concerning a person making threats.

— At 7:18 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of several firearms.

— At 11:01 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 3:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., concerning a stolen wallet.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, deputies took a report concerning an unauthorized use of a debit card.

— At 10:23 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 409 Cunningham Lane after someone cashed a check belonging to the caller in New York and had his mail rerouted to New York.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke and one seizure.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:10 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 12 Lyndale Drive.

— At 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Right Angle and Log Lick roads for an investigation.
