CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Gabrielle Amburgey, 44, of 537 Constitution Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and possession of a legend drug.

Reports

— At 1:40 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to LaSalle Drive after someone entered a residence and took property.

Accidents

—At 5:31 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road in which Ronald Wiler of 4316 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road was traveling east and lost control of his vehicle in a curve. His vehicle went over an embankment and overturned. Wiler was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of arm and back pain.

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to two general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one stroke and one seizure.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— On Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Ky. 15  and assisted EMS personnel with a call on Kiddville Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— David Michael Flack, 38, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespassing.

— Jeffrey Scott Meadows, 32, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property.

— Kayla Shalane Mitchell, no age given, was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, leaving the scene of an accident, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), second-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain insurance and was served a warrant.

— Linda Marie Napier, 42, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing and illegal possession of a legend drug.

— Sarah Rose Sutton, 27, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property.

— At 3:54 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 135 Linden Ave. concerning a person causing a problem.

— At 8:21 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 145 Magnolia St. after someone broke into a vehicle.

— At 8:54 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1011 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of cash.

— At 10:57 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a theft.

— At 11:26 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 4:38 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 5:43 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 427 Oxford Drive for a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:33 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 216 DuBuy Drive for a property damage complaint.
