Charged
— Joshua Lee Fields, 40, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Reports
— At 2:03 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the intersection of Washington Street and Vine Street and took a report regarding the theft of a vehicle tag.
— At 2:24 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1525 W. Lexington Ave and took a report regarding property damage.
— At 5:19 p.m. Friday, officers took a report regarding a welfare check.
— At 5:31 p.m. Friday, officers responded to and took a report from an accident at the intersection of Bypass Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
— At 5:52 p.m. Friday, officers took a report regarding threats.
— At 5:58 p.m. Friday, officers responded to and took a report regarding an accident at the intersection of Maple Street and Lexington Avenue.
—At 8:45 p.m. Friday, officers took a report regarding the theft of an ID.
— At 8:21 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 17 Apache Trail and took a report regarding a runaway minor.
— At 10:55 a.m. Saturday officers took a report regarding a lost wallet.
— At 7:20 p.m. Saturday officers responded to the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Main Street and took a report regarding a hit and run.
— At 5:32 p.m. Sunday officers responded to the intersection of Winn Avenue and Pendleton Street and took a report regarding a robbery.
— At 10:06 p.m. Sunday officers responded to the intersection of Buffalo Trace and Geronimo Court and took a report regarding property damage.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— Over the weekend emergency personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, three strokes and one seizure.
— At 3:44 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to 135 Hawthorne Drive and extinguished a trash fire in a house under construction.
— 8 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to 22 Goldie Ave. and extinguished a chimney flue fire.
— At 5:08 p.m. Saturday firefighters responded to 130 Alabama St. and extinguished a dryer fire. The dryer was removed from the residence.
