Police and fire reports for Dec. 13, 2016

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to four general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one overdose.

— At 11:37 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 225 Oxford Drive Apt. 50. The fire is believed to have been caused by a dryer. No injuries were reported.

— At 5:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a car fire at 620 Boone Ave.

— At 1:46 a.m. today, firefighters responded to the intersection of Main and East Broadway streets for a downed power line.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Stephen Bell, 49, of 391 Colby Ridge Blvd., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, reckless driving and improper signal.

— Heather Estes, 40, of 745 Log Lick Road, was charged Sunday with theft by deception.

— Heather D. Turner, 46, of Louisville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, no insurance, no registration plate and was served a warrant.
