WMU meeting canceled

The Winchester Municipal Utilities meeting scheduled for Thursday has been canceled. A special meeting will be scheduled if needed. The next regular meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, at the WMU, 150 N. Main St. For more information, call 744-5434.

Leaf collection extended

City-wide leaf collection will be extended to Thursday, Dec. 22.

Farmers market open house

The Winchester-Clark County Farmers’ Market Christmas Open House will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the former Graham’s Western Wear, 18 N. Main St.

Parks and Rec holiday hours

Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation will be closed Dec. 24, 25 and Jan. 1. Facilities will close at 4 p.m. Dec. 23 and Dec. 31. Everything will reopen at 8 a.m. Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.
