Charged

— At 3:27 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning online harassment.

— At 1:21 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 34 Franklin Ave. concerning a theft from a mailbox.

— At 6:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 508 College St. concerning a theft of gasoline from a truck.

— At 7:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, four cardiac cases, one diabetic case, one seizure and one overdose.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:30 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 10 mile marker.

— AT 4:52 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a grass fire near the Mountain Parkway.

— At 5:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a smell of gas near Boonesboro Road and Clubhouse Drive.
