Charged
— Tyler G. Abner, 24, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.
— Christopher Michael Bell, 25, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Dewey Chad Hutson, 43, was charged Monday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Logan Tyler Kennedy 22, was charged Monday with theft of services.
— Emily Anne Riggins, 33, was charged Thursday with second-degree robbery, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree escape.

— At 12:23 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1587 Bypass Road concerning stolen checks.
— At 6:08 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Peddlers Mall, 110 Shoppers Village Plaza, concerning a theft and a combative person. Emily Riggins was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was later charged with third-degree escape.
— At 11:27 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a person causing problems. Christopher Michael Bell was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 10:29 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 39 E. Lexington Ave. after vehicles were vandalized.
— At 12:19 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 151 Winn Ave. afte a vehicle was vandalized.

— At 10:28 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 78 Tyler Banks Court for a domestic disturbance. Tyler G. Abner was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 7:08 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1 Shoppers Drive concerning a person brandishing a firearm. Tracy Carol White was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication.
— At 10:36 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 159 Stevenson Heights concerning a possible child abuse complaint.

— At 1:06 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 126 Woodford Drive after someone took a cordless drill from a truck.
— At 1:09 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 112 Mallard Lane after someone tampered with the caller’s shampoo, which required medical treatment.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Monday, emergency personnel responded to 26 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, eight respiratory cases, one diabetic case, two seizures and one overdose.
— At 9:35 a.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 333 Colby Ridge Blvd. for smoke in building from a malfunctioning HVAC unit.
— At 5:35 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 245 Carolina Ave. for construction debris on fire.
— At 6:08 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 38 Ashland Ave. for a cooking fire.
— At 1:42 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 108 Abbeywood Court for a malfunctioning HVAC unit.
