The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Dec. 21 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.

— Michael Barnett, fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 75 days conditionally discharged; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Michael W. Barnett, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent with previous case.

— Ladonna Blackwell, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 30 days.

— Megan M. Hill, third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 51 days conditionally discharged; contempt of court, pleaded guilty, nine days concurrent.

— Wesley Hull, flagrant non-support, violation of conditions of release, waived to grand jury.

— Wesley Hull, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 45 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Wesley Hull, second-degree robbery, waived to grand jury.

— Lee F. Johnson, disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, third-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, bribery of a public servant, waived to grand jury.

— Stacey Johnson, third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 176 days conditionally discharged; endangering the welfare of a minor, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Benjamin Larson, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 120 days conditionally discharged, restitution; theft by unlawful taking over $500, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Kayla Saylor, driving on a suspended operator’s license, dismissed; leaving the scene of an accident, pleaded guilty, 30 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 270 days conditionally discharged, restitution; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, 30 days concurrent.

— Adam R. Dodson, no or expired registration plate, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, fined; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, three days; driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, amended to driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty concurrent sentence.

— Heather G. Stamper, possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, two days; contempt of court, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.
