Charged
— Melissa Carol Adams, 40, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Christopher Allan Carroll, 33, was charged Friday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Donald Wayne Foster, 54, was charged Monday with first-degree promoting contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper signal.
— Rebecca Jeane Groves, 49, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a forged instrument and public intoxication.
— Stephanie Michelle Hacker, 37, was charged Saturday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving under the influence.
— Paul King, 37, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from another state.
— Shane E. Martin, no age given, was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and first-degree promoting contraband.
— Jerry L. Prater, 38, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Alyssa Marie Sellars, 20, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Anita Lynn Young, 51, was charged Sunday with first-degree arson, fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication.
— James Wesley Byrd, 20, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property (firearm).
— Timothy W. Woosley, 36, was charged Tuesday with first-degree indecent exposure.
— Billy Lane, 35, of 202 Central Ave., was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault and being a fugitive from another state.

— At 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 303 Newcastle Lane concerning a theft of two handguns.
— At 7:25 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 201 Magnolia St. concerning a theft.
— At 9:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 202 Central Ave. for a disturbance. Billy Lane was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault and being a fugitive from another state.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, one respiratory case and one seizure.
— At 9:11 p.m., firefighters were called to 321 S. Maple St. Apt. 2 for a grease fire in the kitchen.
