Man charged for exposing himself to 15-year-old

A Winchester man pleaded not guilty Wednesday to allegations he exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl three months ago.
Timothy Woosley, 36, is due back in Clark District Court Monday for further proceedings on his misdemeanor indecent exposure charge.
According to the arrest warrant, the alleged incident happened Sept. 17 at his residence with several children present. He was reportedly showing the children a scar from knee surgery when he allegedly asked a 15-year-old girl to go in the bathroom with him to see the scar. Once inside the bathroom, the girl told police Woosley lowered his pants and underwear, exposing himself to her.
Woosley was arrested Tuesday on the warrant.
Court documents listed two addresses for Woosley on Alabama Street and Dry Fork Road in Clark County.
