WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Tina M. Dale, 26, was charged Wednesday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insraunce and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Erica Donathan, 31, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and public intoxication.

— Gregory Shane Donathan, 31, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking, driving on a suspended operator’s license and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was also served a warrant.

— Rosemary Stipe, 41, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Jason David Branham, 37, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, fraudulent use of an ID card, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500, second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, second-degree escape and third-degree assault of a police officer.

— Dillard W. Finney, 58, was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Catherine Victoria Gobin, 48, was charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 2:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 218 Prescott Lane concerning a theft of items from a vehicle.

— At 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 251 April Way concerning a stolen microwave and dishwasher.

— At 2:49 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 59 Clay St. concerning a theft.

— At 5:52 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 340 Belmont Ave. after someone broke in and took two or three firearms.

— At 6:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Rosemary Stipe was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 449 Wellington Way concerning a theft from a vehicle.

— At 8:33 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 3482 STamper Drive concerning an assault.

— At 9:24 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft. Erica Donathan and Gregory Donathan were arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:55 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 229 E. Washington St. in reference to a theft and unapproved use of a social security debit card.

— At 12:26 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 31 W. Broadway St. in reference to a theft of two bottles of alcohol. The suspect, Jason David Branham, dropped his wallet as he fled. Branham was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, fraudulent use of an ID card, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500, second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, second-degree escape and third-degree assault of a police officer.

— At 3:58 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 305 Maryland Ave. in reference to theft of a game console controller.

— At 7:03 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to criminal trespassing. The suspect was allegedly stuffing items in her purse. Catherine Victoria Gobin was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 9:12 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 148 Strode Station Circle in reference to a group of people threatening the caller’s son with pistols. The caller said she brandished a shotgun and the subjects fled.

— At 10: 29 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 14 W. Washington St. in reference to a female subject putting merchandise in her purse.

FIRE-EMS 

— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one stroke and one overdose.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE 

— At 4:56 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 102 mile marker of Interstate 64.

— At 5:14 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Irvine Road and the Veterans Memorial Bypass.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

—At 5:11 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a single-vehicle collision on Irvine Road.
