CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 5:35 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning a sexual assault which occurred at a residence on Dry Fork Road.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 171 Westside Drive.
— At 5:49 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Southern States, 5799 Rockwell Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Billie Jo Barnes, 28, was charged Tuesday with disregarding a stop sign, failure to or improper signal and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Ami Lee McCoy, 38, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.
Reports
— At 3:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 142 Fifth St. after a fence was damaged and several items were taken from the yard.
— At 8:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. after someone broke into a residence and took a locked storage container.
— At 8:08 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 3 N. Bloomfield Road for an alarm sounding.
— At 8:23 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 10 Taylor Ave. for a harassing communications complaint.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to four general medical calls, one respiratory case and two overdoses.
— At 2:13 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 150 N. Main St. The alarm malfunctioned.
