Edna Woolwine, 84, widow of James F. Woolwine, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017, with her family by her side at the Madison Health and Rehab in Richmond Kentucky. She was born on December 13, 1932 in Powell County to the late Fred and Callie Hatton Burus. She was retired from the food service industry where she oversaw the vending machine operations. She was a member of the Trinity Church of God.

She is survived by three daughters, Lisa (David) Branham of Winchester, Kathy Jo (Danny) Thompson of Richmond and Susan (Brian) Becraft of Winchester. One son Jackie (Sylvia) Woolwine of Berea. Nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two sisters, four brothers and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the Scobee Funeral Home by Brother Billy Keller. Burial will follow in the Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
