Charged
— Harry D. Clem, 32, was charged Thursday with receiving stole property under $10,000.

— At 8:19 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 154 Winn Ave. in reference to a breaking and entering.
— At 8:34 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 227 Plantations Drive in reference to theft of a doll from a vehicle.
— At 11:42 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 20 Sylvania Ave. in reference to an overdose.
— At 3:08 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report of an assault at Kroger.
— At 3:47 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road in reference to an attempt to use a duplicated credit card without permission.
— At 7:31 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. in reference to a theft.
— At 7:55 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to 40B Main St. in reference to a disturbance and report of drug trafficking. Harry Clem, 32, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, emergency personnel responded to five general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case and two cardiac cases.
— At 9:46 a.m. firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 200 Rosemary Drive. A resident had burned toast and there was no fire. Smoke was removed from the residence.
— At 5:48 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to 452 Elf Court for a false alarm sounding.
