Shelter Spotlight for Jan. 23, 2017

Big Bear was surrendered to the shelter after his owner passed away. He is a sweet kitty that is very confused. He is a senior that lost his only family member and was then left in a shelter. Big Bear is a neutered male, approximately 12 years old. He is a sweet boy but is having trouble adjusting to the hectic shelter life and needs to find a quiet, loving home soon.

Caroline is an adorable coonhound that was found as a stray. She is estimated to be about 3 years old. Caroline is pretty quiet and calm. She loves attention and is good with other dogs.

The adoption fee is $50 for cats and $80 for dogs which includes the spay and other routine vetting. For more information, call the Clark County Animal Shelter at 737-0053.
