Officers were installed at Thursday night’s potluck dinner meeting of the Chapter 632, American Association of Retired Persons, held in the fellowship hall at Central Baptist Church. Serving for 1992 will be Wayne Smith, president; Byron Coulter, vice president; Anna Lee Gray, secretary, and Betty Damrel, treasurer. Jane Coulter will serve as 1992 program chairman.

Seven Clark County students are among 270 students who will do their student teaching this spring through Eastern Kentucky University’s College of Education. The University places its education students in area school districts during the last 12-13 weeks of their final semester to allow them to gain practical classroom experience.

The January dinner meeting of the Winchester Lioness Club was held Tuesday evening at the Holiday Inn. Ruth Slusher, president, conducted the meeting and the devotional and invocation were given by Peggy Nicholson.
