CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 8 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 203 Steve Circle concerning the theft of a wallet from a vehicle.

— At 1:50 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 603 Vienna Road concerning a stolen trailer.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to three general medical calls and one cardiac case.

— At 7:28 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an unauthorized fire at a construction site at Bypass Road and Frontier Way.

— At 2:26 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 508 College St. Apt. 4.

— At 7:33 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke in a store at 4 W. Washington St. A stove was the source of the smoke.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded with Winchester Fire-EMS for a structure fire at 508 College St.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James Michael Carver, 22, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Lisa G. Crowe, 33, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— Jannine N. Gibson, 37, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and one headlight.

— Karie Lee May, 47, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Roman Dale Smith, 37, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.

— Joanna Gal Stanfield, 32, was charged Wednesday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug and was served a warrant.

— At 9:46 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 127 Lindberg Ave. concerning a theft from a truck.

— At 10:06 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 17 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a possible breaking and entering complaint.

— At 11:52 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a person who was hit by a vehicle.

— At 4:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Anytime Fitness, 1934 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Roman Dale Smith and Lisa G. Crowe were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 148 Linden Ave. for an EPO violation.

— At 5:47 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 22 Apache Trail concerning suspected drug activity.

— At 6:02 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of a firearm.

— At 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 114 Westside Drive concerning a stolen iPad.

— At 7:29 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a missing piggy bank.

Accidents

— At 6:43 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to an injury accident on East Washington Street in which Harold Mason of 220 Logan Lick Road turned left from Johnson Street and did not see an oncoming car. The driver of the second vehicle, Shirley Morguson of 2364 Iron Works Road, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of chest pain.
